As a consumer you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. The period expires 30 days after you receive your item. Notify us by email at info@die-tassen.com.

Returns

Once you've notified us, you have 14 days to return the item. You cover the cost of return shipping and bear the risk during transport. Pack the item properly and include a copy of the order confirmation.
